Steven Blair

Steven joined Boys & Girls Club of St. Charles County in November 2025 as our Director of Donor Relations. In this role, he focuses on supporting donors and helping connect their passions to opportunities that make a meaningful difference for Club kids.

Steven grew up in Collinsville, Illinois, and later attended Greenville University and Saint Paul School of Theology. Before joining BGCSTC, he spent 25 years serving as a United Methodist pastor, with a strong focus on children, youth, education, social justice, and community development.

Steven and his wife, Holly, have two teenage sons, Camden and Finnegan, along with a Havanese puppy named Ruby who proudly gives high-fives, hugs, and even waves goodbye. Steven is a fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and Kansas City Chiefs, loves dad jokes and trivia nights, listens to Dave Matthews Band and Motown, and enjoys trying new recipes in the air fryer.

At the heart of his work, Steven believes that generosity transforms both the giver and the receiver—and he looks forward to connecting with supporters who want to change lives.
