Get ready for an unforgettable summer adventure! Our PLAY. LEARN. LEAD. Summer Camp is designed to inspire youth to explore their interests, build friendships, and develop essential life skills. With nine weeks of engaging activities, campers will dive into STEM projects, embrace cultural connections, and get active during our Get Up & Move Week. Each day is packed with opportunities to play, learn, and lead in a safe and nurturing environment.

Weekly Themes

Wk 1: June 2-6

Culture Connections

Celebrate the diverse cultures within our community! Engage in activities that promote academic success and character development while learning about global traditions, languages, and arts, fostering respect and understanding.

Wk 2: June 9-13

Community Heroes

Be inspired by those who make a difference! Participate in community service projects and learn from inspiring guest speakers who are making a difference in our world, developing leadership skills and a sense of responsibility while understanding the importance of giving back.

Dream Big

Explore future career possibilities! Through interactive activities, campers will enhance workforce readiness by setting ambitious goals, building confidence, and learning about different professions that spark their interests.

Spirit Week

We bleed blue at Boys & Girls Clubs, and we want everyone to know! Daily crazy themes, special outings, and a BGC Blue Day will allow us to embrace what it means to be a Club kid. Activities will focus on healthy habits, leadership, and teamwork.

June 30 - July 4

ALL CLUBS CLOSED

In observance of Independence Day, All Clubs will be closed. This week is also dedicated to mid-summer cleaning and staff training, ensuring a safe and enriching environment for all campers.

Focus on personal growth and self-improvement! Campers will set personal goals and learn strategies for resilience, building their mind, body, and spirit through activities that encourage healthy lifestyles and self-reflection.

Discover the animal kingdom! Engage in hands-on activities and learn about animal care and conservation, fostering respect for all living beings while promoting curiosity and academic success in science-related topics.

STEM Week

Ignite curiosity in science, technology, engineering, and math! Through hands-on experiments and projects, campers will develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills, enhancing workforce readiness while encouraging a love for learning.

Our Summer Camp is open to youth ages 5-18 in grades K-12. Club members aged 5 must be enrolled in kindergarten and be able to independently use the restroom to attend.

Our Summer Camp runs from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, allowing families to plan their schedules accordingly.

  • $145 per week for the first child, $125 per week for each additional child.
  • Summer camp weekly rates are in addition to the $35.00 annual membership fee.
  • Registrations completed in full by April 1, 2025, will receive a $25 discount per child on the first week they attend.
  • The Summer Camp daily rate is $35 per member, per day if you are not planning to attend a full week of Summer Camp. Advance notification is required for daily rate attendance.
  • We offer a FREE drop-in period at both units from 12:00PM-3:00PM on select days during the summer months as part of the Annual Club Membership. Lunch and in-Club activities are included.
    • Half day options may be available for those attending summer school. Contact each unit directly for more information.
    • Field trips and pool days are NOT included in drop-in or half day participation.

The weekly fee includes a t-shirt, meals, snacks, field trips, pool days, guest speakers, and special activities, ensuring a fun and enriching experience for every Club member.

  • Weekly auto-pay payments are processed the MONDAY BEFORE the week your child attends.
  • Weekly payments are due the THURSDAY BEFORE the week your child attends.
  • Weekly payments not received by the FRIDAY BEFORE the week your child attends will incur a $10.00 late fee.
  • Weekly payments not completed by Monday the same week your child attends will be assessed at a $50 late fee.
  • Summer camp weekly rates are in addition to the $35.00 annual membership fee.

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us at least the MONDAY BEFORE the week your child is registered. Refunds may not be available for cancellations made after this period.

Campers should bring a water bottle, sunscreen, a hat, and any personal items they may need (e.g., a change of clothes). A detailed list will be provided upon registration.

We prioritize the safety and security of all youth in our programs. Our safety policies follow the highest standards, and all staff and volunteers are mandatory reporters. Key safety practices include:

  • No one-on-one adult-to-member interactions; a minimum of three people must be present.
  • Staff and volunteers use designated adult restrooms only.
  • Members must be able to use restrooms independently.
  • Video surveillance is installed throughout the facility (excluding restrooms) and accessible only to authorized staff.
  • Alarms on external doors and double-locked entry points ensure secure access.
  • All visitors must check in at the front desk and wear a name tag.
  • Staff supervise programs, and parents/guardians will be contacted in case of significant injuries.

These measures help create a safe environment for everyone at the Club.

You can register online or visit our Club locations for assistance. There are limited spots available at both Club locations, so early registration is encouraged to secure your child's spot!

NEED HELP? Stop by the Club Monday - Thursday 11AM-2PM or 5PM-7PM / Friday 11AM-2PM or 5PM-6PM to use a Club computer to complete the application.

  • We have laptops available at the front desk to submit the online membership form.
  • Bring your important documents (report card, IEP, BIP, Allergy Plan, etc.) with you, or have them saved in your email. We can assist with file upload.

Clubs are open until 7PM on Mon-Thurs and until 6PM on Fridays. We are not open on weekends and do not offer tours on Saturdays and Sundays. Please choose a weekday.
