Our Community Engagement & Volunteer Coordinator manages Club volunteers, engages in the community with stakeholders, builds supportive relationships with other organizations, and supports specific Club programs that are dependent on Club volunteers. This is a full-time exempt position based at the Administrative Office (1211 Lindenwood Avenue, St. Charles, MO 63301) of Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Charles County (BGCSTC) and reports to the Director of Resource Development. The salary range is between $38,000-$42,000 based on experience and education; position includes health benefits, paid time off, and other benefits.

Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Charles County is seeking a full-time Senior Accountant to lead day-to-day finance operations with responsibility for accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivables, budgeting, maintenance of general ledger, and internal and external reporting. This position reports to the CEO, serves on the Administrative Leadership Team, and has shared supervisory responsibility of an Administrative Assistant who assists in accounting duties and audit preparation. The Senior Accountant attends the monthly Finance Committee meetings, actively participating in the discussion and preparing auxiliary reports as needed.

The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for assisting Club families and visitors with questions, maintaining membership files, and key administrative tasks related to attendance tracking and payment reconciliation. The Front Desk Coordinator must be at the unit during open Club hours each day for the afterschool and summer programs.

BGCSTC) seeks an emotionally intelligent youth advocacy and resource specialist to serve as an advocate and support to young people, fostering their coping mechanisms to improve their daily lives, school and peer experiences, and family relationships. The Behavioral Health Coordinator is responsible for teaching health education programs to Club members, connecting with families, training Club staff on social/emotional best practices, and serving as a liaison between unit leadership, the administrative team, and external care providers. This pivotal role requires expertise in Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) and trauma-informed practices, blending direct support, education, and community engagement. This full-time position is based primarily at the O’Fallon Club Unit (1 Club Way, St. Peters, MO 63376), this position supports all Club locations, helping bridge the gap between Club services and community resources while ensuring members’ social-emotional well-being.

Under the Direction of the Unit Director the Youth Development Professional (YDP) is responsible for the implementation of our academic, healthy lifestyles, and leadership programs for Club members ages 6-18. They work daily to develop meaningful mentoring relationships with members, families and volunteers. The YDP’s provide programs through active participation with Club members to help them make appropriate choices about their educational, personal, physical, social, emotional, and vocational needs. FLSA Non-Exempt, up to 28 hours per week during the afterschool program with potential for additional hours in the summer; Hourly pay rate starts at $15.50 per hour and may increase based on education and experience.
