Scott Myers

Chief Executive Officer

Scott Myers has been named Chief Executive Officer of Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Charles County (BGCSTC). With more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience at the local, regional, national, and international levels, Scott brings deep dedication and passion to the Club’s mission.

Scott began his career in youth development and most recently served as Executive Director of SADD | Students Against Destructive Decisions, a national nonprofit focused on youth prevention and education. He holds a master’s degreealong with several professional credentials, including Advanced Certified Nonprofit Professional (ACNP). Throughout his career, he has built a proven record of strengthening financial stability, diversifying revenue streams, and increasing organizational visibility through strategic fundraising, communications, and operational excellence. Recognized as a collaborative leader and thought partner, Scott excels at engaging stakeholders, fostering strong team cultures, and positioning organizations for sustained impact.

A proud dad of three daughters and a resident of St. Charles, Scott is passionate about education, mental health awareness, and empowering the next generation of leaders—especially in his own community. He serves on several nonprofit and community boards, including the University of Central Arkansas’ College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences Advocacy Council and its Alumni Board, his undergraduate alma mater. Outside of work, Scott enjoys family time with his wife and kids, golfing, skiing, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.
