Unit Director

As the Unit Director for Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Charles County, Jess is passionate about leading and mentoring both youth and staff. She strives to create an environment where young people feel supported, encouraged, and empowered to reach their potential, while helping staff grow into confident leaders themselves.

After graduating, she relocated to Alaska, where she spent much of her adult life and became deeply involved in her local community. She served on several nonprofit boards, including the Domestic Violence & Sexual Assault Advisory Board, and was a member of the Seward Prevention Coalition, working alongside community partners to provide prevention resources and programs that positively impacted the small fishing community.

Jess has worked with Boys & Girls Clubs on and off since 2015, serving as a Unit Director for two different Clubs in Alaska before returning to the St. Louis area. Originally from New Athens, Illinois, she now calls St. Charles home with her three children and her partner, a professional soccer player for the St. Louis Ambush.Outside of work, Jess enjoys reading, painting, gardening, paddle boarding, hiking, and camping.
