Rick Daleen

Rick is an Alumnus of the Club and has lived in St. Charles County for 38 years. He started his career in law enforcement in 1992 and is still working as a commissioned police officer in the role of Training Coordinator for the Winfield Police Department.

Rick holds several certifications as a law enforcement instructor and is most proud of serving as an instructor at the Police Academy. Over the years he has also served as Chief of Police for the City of Bell Flower and Sergeant for the City of Old Monroe.

Rick has been with the Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Charles County since January 2019 when hired as the Prevention Specialist. In 2022, Rick tackled the role of the Director of Programs after 2+ years as the Unit Director at the St. Charles location. Rick loves working with the young people at the Club and equipping the staff to inspire our youth. He’s glad he is able to use his training and experience to continue to serve and positively impact the lives of those at the Club. Currently Rick serves the Club as the Director of Club Operations.
