Donnia Shamp, serving as the Lead Youth Development Professional (YDP) at the Wright City Unit, brings a wealth of life experiences to her role. For the past two decades, she has called the quaint town of Bellflower home, where she raised two children and now enjoys the joys of being a grandparent to four adorable grandchildren.

Donnia's journey has encompassed diverse roles, including a 13-year stint as a devoted stay-at-home mom and an additional eight years spent running an in-home daycare. Currently, she's on the verge of completing her associate's degree in Early Childhood Education, reflecting her unwavering commitment to nurturing young minds.

Within the Club's nurturing environment, Donnia aspires to instill positivity in children, regardless of their circumstances, and empower them to discover the best versions of themselves. Her dedication to guiding young hearts and minds shines through in her work every day.With a profound love for working with children, Donnia embodies qualities of honesty, positivity, and an easygoing nature. Her interests span a wide spectrum, from embracing the great outdoors to indulging in movies and engaging in various games.
