Donnetta Jones

Donetta (Dee Dee) is a devoted mother, sister, and daughter. Dee Dee loves her family & friends deeply and caregiving comes naturally to her. Originally from St. Louis, Dee Dee spent her childhood in St. Charles and attended the previous St. Charles Boys & Girls Club on Olive Street. Dee Dee graduated from St. Charles High and later earned her associate's degree in Occupational Welding Technology from Vatterott College.

As a Boys & Girls Club Alumna, her love for the Club is deeply rooted. At 15, Dee Dee got her first job at the Club as a front desk assistant. This played a huge role in developing her self-confidence and work ethic to this day. Dee Dee returned to the Club in the Summer of 2022, and after showing incredible leadership skills she was promoted to the St. Charles Unit Coordinator at the start of the 2022-2023 school year. She was later promoted to the Unit Director in 2024. She is passionate about advancing the Club's mission, with a special focus on Workforce Readiness, as the Club prepared her years ago for her first job.
