Amira Abuazza
Office Administrator
Amira Abuazza was promoted to Office Administrator in 2025, where she plays a vital role in managing daily office operations, human resources functions, and administrative support for BGCSTC. She oversees office management, including coordinating vendor services, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient workflows. In addition, Amira leads HR administrative tasks, supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and staff recognition programs.
A double alumna of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, Amira earned her BS in Criminal Justice and Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Management and Information Systems. She later completed her MS in Criminal Justice Policy in 2022. During her graduate studies, she worked in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), creating meaningful programs to celebrate different cultures and histories.
Amira lives in Saint Charles with her husband and their cat, Bonnie. When she’s not keeping the office running smoothly, she enjoys spending time with her sisters and family. Her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and passion for supporting both staff and Club operations make her an essential part of the BGCSTC team.
