Amira Abuazza Hoffman

Amira Abuazza Hoffman was promoted to Office Administrator in 2025 and plays an integral role in the operations of Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Charles County. She oversees office operations and human resources administration, ensuring systems, processes, and internal supports function seamlessly across the organization. Her work spans vendor coordination, records management, recruitment and onboarding support, employee documentation, and staff recognition initiatives, bringing both structure and heart to the work behind the scenes.

A double alumna of Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, Amira holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Management and Information Systems, as well as a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Policy. Her academic background blends analytical thinking, organizational leadership, and technical expertise, which she brings into her day-to-day work at BGCSTC.

Known for her sharp attention to detail, collaborative spirit, and ability to make complex processes feel approachable, Amira is a trusted resource for staff across the organization. She lives in Saint Charles with her husband and their cat, Bonnie, and brings both professionalism and personality to everything she does.
