St. Charles, MO - October 3, 2025

Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Charles County (BGCSTC) is proud to announce Scott Myers as its new Chief Executive Officer. Scott brings more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience across local, regional, national, and international organizations, with a career rooted in youth development. Most recently, he served as the Executive Director of SADD | Students Against Destructive Decisions, a national youth prevention and education nonprofit.

Holding a master’s degree and recognized as an Advanced Certified Nonprofit Professional (ACNP), Myers has consistently demonstrated success in building financial stability, diversifying revenue streams, and increasing organizational visibility through strategic fundraising, communications, and operational excellence. Known as a collaborative leader, he excels in fostering strong teams, deepening stakeholder engagement, and positioning organizations for long-term impact.

A proud resident of St. Charles and father of three daughters, Myers is deeply passionate about education, mental health awareness, and empowering the next generation of leaders—particularly in his own community. In addition to his professional leadership, he has served on numerous nonprofit and community boards, including the University of Central Arkansas’ College of Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences Advocacy Council and Alumni Board, his undergraduate alma mater.

“Scott’s extensive leadership experience, paired with his passion for youth and community, makes him the ideal leader to guide BGCSTC into its next chapter,” said Mark Schoene, Board President of BGCSTC. “We are thrilled to welcome him as CEO and are confident in his ability to build upon our strong foundation and advance our mission of enabling all young people to reach their full potential.”

In his personal time, Myers enjoys family life with his wife and daughters, golfing, skiing, and cheering on his favorite sports teams.

BGCSTC remains committed to providing safe spaces, meaningful programs, and life-changing opportunities for the youth of St. Charles County, and the organization looks forward to Myers’s leadership in shaping a bright future for the Club and its members.
