At Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Charles County, we value individuals who inspire greatness and embody our core values. Today, we proudly recognize Janine Orf for exemplifying Excellence in her ongoing commitment to our mission and the youth we serve.

Janine has been a cornerstone of support for the Club as a former board member and longtime volunteer. Her contributions have left a lasting impact, but her recent efforts as a founding member of The Women in Action Collective are truly remarkable. This service group was created to bring together passionate women dedicated to advancing the Club’s mission through volunteerism and advocacy.

From the start, Janine has been instrumental in bringing this vision to life. She has worked tirelessly to recruit new members, ensuring the group is filled with individuals who share her passion for service. Beyond recruitment, Janine has been a consistent presence at every recent volunteering event, leading by example and inspiring others to contribute their time and talents.

Her unwavering dedication reflects the essence of Excellence: striving for continuous improvement and going above and beyond to make a difference. Janine’s efforts are creating lasting opportunities for youth while fostering a culture of support and empowerment within the Club.

For nearly 70 years, Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Charles County (BGCSTC) has provided a safe place for kids and teens to learn and grow. Clubs offer caring adult mentors, fun, friendship, and high-impact youth development programs daily during critical non-school hours.
