At Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Charles County, our core values guide everything we do. Compassion is at the heart of our mission, and we are proud to recognize Rachel Conoyer for exemplifying this value through her unwavering dedication.

Rachel has been an integral part of the Gala Planning Committee for years, consistently going above and beyond to ensure the success of our biggest annual fundraiser. She leads the silent auction, working tirelessly to gather, log, and assemble auction items that help raise critical funds for programs and services benefiting local youth.

Her hard work was especially evident at this year’s Bright Diamonds & Brilliant Futures Gala on February 8, where her efforts led to an astounding $26,675 raised through the silent auction alone. This funding directly supports programs that provide safe spaces, mentorship, and opportunities for young people to thrive.

Rachel’s compassion shines through in every detail of her work. Her dedication ensures that Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Charles County can continue empowering youth to reach their full potential.
