Victory Over Violence Concert & Expo

BGCSTC Victory over ViolenceThe St. Charles Boys & Girls Clubs are partnering with the Department of Justice – Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention’s Positive Action Program – to host our first annual Victory Over Violence Concert and Expo will raise awareness in the St. Charles County community about the impact bullying, cyber-bullying and all forms of violence can have on our families. This free event will include live performances from a variety of music groups spanning various genres, youth activities, food trucks, and more!

Date:  Saturday, July 27th

Location:   Frontier Park – St. Charles Riverfront

Time:  12 Noon – 8:00 pm

Featured Artist:  Country Artist, Wild Bill Young

About the Positive Action Program

Positive Action is an education program that has been implemented in thousands of schools, as well as by community organizations and in many other settings. Offering an extensive catalog of products, Positive Action engages youth ages 4 to 18 in character development, social and emotional learning and academic improvement. For more than 30 years, Positive Action has been helping students achieve success in school and in life and exemplifies how government, organizations, and businesses can work together to achieve a better future for young people.

We are currently taking applications for Booth space and Food Truck Vendors for this event which is expected to bring an audience of 5,000 – 7,000 families (adults and children) to the St. Charles Riverfront Park.  All details about guidelines to participate are included in the Rules & Regulations document below.  In addition to that information; key dates and times to know include:

All applications to participate must be received on or before June 27th, 2019

  • Set-up Time:  8:00 am – 11:00 am
  • Hours of Operation:  12 Noon – 8:00 pm
  • Tear-Down Time:  8:15 pm

How To Register

  1. Download the Vendor Application Form and Rules & Regulations identified above.
  2. Complete the Vendor Application Form and return to Chuck Alphin at the O’Fallon Club via email at calphin@bgcstc.org.
  3. Use the following buttons to complete your Application Fee.

All requests will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis until all space is filled.
