Join Us For Summer Blast 2019
Exciting Summer Activities from June 3 – August 9, 2019
In addition to our After School Program, our Member families love the benefit of our Summer Camp program. Youths age 6-18 years old who are Members of Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Charles County have the eligibility to participate in a 10-week Summer Camp that includes three meals (breakfast, lunch, and a snack) plus activities that encourage members to try new things and explore new opportunities! Summer Blast runs from 7am-6pm M-F at both locations. Programs include:
- Positive Sprouts (Gardening)
- Triple Play: Mind, Body, Soul
- Reading for Success
- Drama Matters
- Healthy Habits
- SMART Moves
- Positive Action
ALSO – we’ll have Special Events mixed in including:
- Pep Rally
- Talent Show
- Fashion Show
- Water Day
- Spelling Bee
- Balloon Launch
- Wacky Week
- Back 2 School Bash
- and More!

Did you know that once your child is a Member, they may “Drop-In” to either the St. Charles or O’Fallon Club daily between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m.* to hang-out with friends or participate in our programs – for FREE! This gives you some time to run errands, get work done, or spend a couple of hours just relaxing!
* Your child must be picked up by 3 pm or a late fee will apply. (See below for details.)
Standard Summer Blast Fees & Registration Information
Weekly Rate: $110.00 per member, per week (No sibling discount)
Weekly payments are DUE the THURSDAY BEFORE the week your child attends. (See Payment Schedule on the right.) Weekly payments not received by Thursday will incur a $10.00 late fee per Member. If entire weekly fee and late fee are not received by the Friday of the week prior, the weekly rate will be forfeited and each Member will be charged the daily rate for any days he or she attends the Club. Weekly payments made on Monday for the same week will be assessed at $175.00. Daily and weekly fees are final and cannot be prorated.
Daily Rate: $35.00 per member, per day (No sibling discount)

Please Note: All payments are non-refundable but may be used as a credit on your child’s account.
If you need to pay Late Fees on your account, you can do so through the Payment Portal for your specific Club Location: St. Charles or O’Fallon .
- Download & Complete the appropriate REGISTRATION FORM: Weekly, Daily or Drop-In Registration (See Below)
- Submit Payment using the Payment Portal for your specific Club Location: St. Charles or O’Fallon .
- Payment must be received by the THURSDAY the week prior or you will be subject to Late Fees or may lose weekly rate.

Additional Summer Program Information
Summer Blast Reminders
- Members must wear Tennis shoes to participate.
- Weekly payments are due Thursdays of the prior week.
- Bring a bag for swimwear, (St. Charles Unit only)
- Apply sunscreen, if needed.
- Bring a water bottle.
- No cell phones.
- No outside toys, electronics, or sports equipment.
- No refunds, credit only.
- Have a Blast!
Summer Food Program
Breakfast, Lunch and a snack are served with daily and weekly rates. Drop-In Members may eat lunch for free as part of our Food Program.
- Breakfast: 8:00 am – 9:00 am
- Lunch: 12:00 pm -1:00 pm
- Snack: 4:00 pm -5:00 pm
Members may bring a sack lunch to the Club. No microwave or refrigerator is available, so prepare their lunch appropriately. If your child has any food allergies, please pick up the allergy form at the front desk. Peanuts and tree nuts are NOT ALLOWED in the Club.
Drop Off & Pick Up
Parents/guardians or authorized persons must enter the Club to sign their child in and out each day. Anyone picking up a member must be on the member’s approved list. Club doors open at 7:00 a.m. The Club closes at 6:00 p.m.
Late Pick-Up Fee
We realize that you do your best to get here on time; but for those times where traffic or other activities delay your schedule, ability to be here for your child on time, our staff will stay until you arrive, for an added fee.
- 5-15 Minutes: $10 Fee
- 16-30 Minutes: $15 Fee
- 31 – 45 Minutes: 20 Fee
- 46 – 60 Minutes: 25 Fee
Late fees must be paid before your child may be allowed to return. For your convenience, prompt payment may be made online through our Membership Payment Portal using Debit/Credit Card.
