Exciting Summer Activities from June 3 – August 9, 2019

In addition to our After School Program our Member families love the benefit of our Summer Camp program.   Youths age 6-18 years old who are Members of Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Charles County have the eligibility to participate in a 10-week Summer Camp that includes activities that encourage members to try new things and explore new opportunities! Programs include:

  • STEAMBotics
  • Gardening
  • SMART Moves
  • Positive Action

Members may “drop-in” daily to both BGCSTC unit locations between 1:00p.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Summer Blast

NEW SPECIAL RATE OPTION! Pay in Advance and Save $5/week Per Child

If you register your child by May 1st and secure their participation in our summer program for a minimum of 8 weeks of camp, you save $5 per child per week. For example, if you confirm your child’s reservation for 8 weeks of camp paid in advance you save $40. ($5 savings x 8 weeks = $40). If you pay in advance for the full 10 weeks, you save $50/child. ($5 savings x 10 weeks = $50) . Call our staff to make this reservation and submit payment: St. Charles Unit: 636-946-6255; O’Fallon Unit: 636-240-9150.

Standard Summer Blast Fees & Registration Information

Weekly Rate: $110.00 per member, per week (No sibling discount)

Weekly payments are DUE the THURSDAY BEFORE the week your child attends. (See Payment Schedule on the right.) Weekly payments not received by Thursday will incur a $10.00 late fee per Member. If entire weekly fee and late fee are not received by the Friday of the week prior, the weekly rate will be forfeited and each Member will be charged the daily rate for any days he or she attends the Club. Daily and weekly fees are final and cannot be prorated.

Daily Rate: $35.00 per member, per day (No sibling discount)

The weekly and daily rates are in addition to the annual $25.00 membership fee. Click here to learn how to become a member of the Club.

Please Note:  All payments are non-refundable but may be used as a credit on your child’s account.
If you need to pay Late Fees on your account, you can do so through our Easy Payment Portal.

Registration Checklist

  • Download & Complete the appropriate REGISTRATION FORMWeekly, Daily or Drop-In Registration (See Below)
  • Submit Payment using the options below.
  • Payment must be received by the THURSDAY the week prior or you will be subject to Late Fees or may lose weekly rate.  (Be sure to include your child’s/children’s name in the Memo with your payment!)

Summer Blast Reminders

  • Members must wear Tennis shoes to participate.
  • Weekly payments are due Wednesdays of the prior week
  • Bring and apply sunscreen
  • Bring a water bottle
  • No outside toys, electronics, or sports equipment
  • No refunds, credit only
  • Have a Blast!

Additional Summer Program Information

Summer Food Program

Lunch and a snack are served with daily and weekly rates. Drop-In Members may eat lunch for free as part of our Food Program.

  • Lunch: 12:00-1:00 p.m.
  • Snack: 4:00-5:00 p.m.

Members may bring their lunch to the Club. If your child has any food allergies, please pick up the allergy form at the front deskPeanuts and tree nuts are NOT ALLOWED in the Club.

Summer Camp Triple Play

Drop Off & Pick Up

Parents/guardians or authorized persons must enter the Club to sign their child in and out each day. Anyone picking up a member must be on the member’s approved list. Club doors open at 8:00 a.m. The Club closes at 6:00 p.m.

Late Pick-Up Fee

There will be a $10.00 (per family) late pick up fee added to your account if you are more than 5 minutes late. The fee increases to $25.00 (per family) if you are more than 20 minutes late. Late fees must be paid before your child may be allowed to return.
