Sydney Schader

As the Marketing & Development Coordinator, Sydney Schader works with the Director of Resource Development to grow and expand the work of BGCSTC's development & marketing strategies through donor cultivation, event & campaign management, and digital communication.

Sydney grew up in Springfield, Missouri attending Boys & Girls Clubs of Springfield. While attending the Club as a child and teen, and working as a YDP she discovered her passion for non-profit organizations and received the 2019 Youth of the Year award for the organization.

Currently, Sydney resides in St. Louis County with her Fiancé and their two dogs, Oz & Monty. She graduated from Lindenwood University with a BA in Business Administration with minors in Non-profit Administration & American Studies and was promoted to a full-time role in May 2022. When she is not creating digital content and assisting with fundraising for BGCSTC she is planning her wedding or spending time playing in softball, pickleball, or bowling leagues with her family and friends.
