Makaley Mena-Dominguez
Community Impact & Volunteer Coordinator
Makaley plays a pivotal role at BGCSTC, building relationships with community influencers and gatekeepers to promote the Club’s services. She leads key events like the Back to School Bash and Trunk or Treat, manages special projects, and oversees community engagement efforts, including volunteer and staff coordination at various events. Additionally, Makaley oversees pre-teen and teen programs, working closely with Unit Leadership and serving as the main contact for all volunteer efforts.
Dedicated to supporting youth in becoming healthy, productive, and caring citizens, Makaley has a background in coaching youth soccer and volleyball, which has honed her skills in mentoring and guiding young people. Her passion for youth development drives her commitment to making a positive community impact.
A recent graduate of Lindenwood University with a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Makaley brings a comprehensive understanding of community health, program management, and effective outreach strategies. Her education has equipped her with the skills to organize special projects and events, manage volunteers, and oversee key youth programs with a focus on promoting health and well-being. Passionate about making a difference, Makaley is committed to supporting our mission and enhancing the lives of those we serve.
