Healthy Habits
Healthy Habits improves the overall health of members by:
- Keeping kids active
- Eating more fruits and vegetables
- Making good choices
Members learn ways to take care of themselves in a fun and supportive environment. Crafts, games, and guest speakers are only a few of the program’s activities.
Since Triple Play was introduced in 2005, more than one million Club members have participated in fitness activities. The Health and Life Skills program helps teens set personal goals and grow into self-sufficient adults.
