The career development suite at BGCSTC helps members obtain job readiness skills. Career Launch, Graduate for Mas, and diplomas 2 Degrees help members prepare for a Great Future.

Club staff help teens build job readiness by:

  • Online Career Search
  • College and Job Search
  • Mentoring
  • Job Shadowing and Training

Check with the Club for specific dates and times. The Education & Career program ensures that all Club members graduate from high school on time. Therefore, youth are ready for college or trade school, and a 21st-century career. Career Launch is a national program through BGCA.
